The invention discloses a novel production process of an automobile wheel center plate, and particularly relates to the technical field of automobile wheel machining. The method comprises the following specific steps of heating a steel billet, designing a special steel rolling hole pattern for the wheel center plate, and changing the steel billet into a spring flat steel hot coil by using a springflat steel hot rolling machine; using a straight line saw to cut a spring flat steel hot coil formed through hot rolling to the bottom, and then obtaining a single round hollow spoke flat plate witha notch; conducting flash welding through base metal, and then obtaining a circular hollow spoke flat plate; performing direct spinning to form a semi-finished product by using forging equipment; andenabling a worker to start a grinding device to grind a burr part, and performing precise shaping on the ground wheel center plate to prepare the wheel center plate after grinding. According to the process, leftover scrap steel and hollow scrap steel are greatly reduced; compared with existing wheel center plate materials, the yield is increased by 35%, and steel is saved; the yield is high, the equipment investment is low, the labor intensity is low, and the comprehensive production cost can be reduced by 20%; and energy conservation, emission reduction and remarkable social benefit are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车车轮幅板的生产新工艺,具体为汽车车轮加工技术领域。具体步骤为:通过对钢坯加热然后对轮辐板专用轧钢孔型设计,再用弹簧扁钢热卷圆机使得钢坯变成弹簧扁钢热卷;将热轧成型的弹簧扁钢热卷,利用直线锯往下切割到底,即可得到单片的有缺口的圆形空心轮辐平板;采用母材进行闪光焊接,即可得到圆形空心轮辐平板;利用锻压设备直接旋压成半成品;工作人员启动打磨装置对毛刺部分进行打磨,打磨后对轮辐板进行精密整形制备出轮辐板。此工艺边角废钢和空心废钢大幅减少,与现有轮辐板用材相比,提高了35%的成品率,节约了钢材;成材率高、设备投入少、劳动强度低,可减少20%的生产综合生产成本。节能减排、社会效益显著。
