The invention discloses a wind power foundation pile flange section turning-over process which comprises the following steps of a, installing turning-over lifting lugs; b, selecting a crane; c, selecting a steel wire rope and a shackle; d, hoisting to a vertical state; e, hoisting a flange section to be separated from the ground; f, dropping the flange section to the ground, enabling the flange section to be in an inclined state naturally, and turning over the flange section to be in a horizontal state; and after an internal structure of the flange section is welded, repeating the steps d to f, turning over the flange section to be in a vertical state, and then hoisting the flange section to be above a roller carrier so as to be in butt joint with other shell rings. The wind power foundation pile flange section turning-over process provided by the invention has the advantages that operation is conducted conveniently, the method is simple, only two A-shaped lifting lugs need to be installed, then one main hook of one crane is needed, and the requirement for turning over and hoisting the flange section can be easily met, so that the flange turning-over cost is greatly reduced, the flange turning-over safety is also improved, and the stability and the integrity of the flange in the turning-over process are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种风电基础桩法兰段翻身工艺,包括以下步骤:a)、安装翻身吊耳,b)、选择行车,c)、选择钢丝绳与卸扣,d)、起吊至竖直状态;e)、接着将法兰段吊装脱离地面,f)、将法兰段下落到地面,法兰段自然的会呈倾斜状态,将法兰段翻身到水平状态;法兰段内部结构焊接结束后,重复步骤d‑f,再将法兰段翻身到竖直的状态,再将其吊装到滚轮架上面,与其他的筒节相对接。本发明具有操作方便,方法简单的优点,只需要安装两只A型吊耳,然后一台行车的一个主钩,就能轻松的实现法兰段的翻身起重要求,大大减少了法兰翻身的成本,也提高了法兰翻身的安全性,保障法兰在翻身过程中的稳定性和完整性。
