The invention relates to an upper-layer steel pipe pile longitudinal baffle for turning over a four-pile jacket foundation steel pipe pile in the field of pipe pile transportation equipment, through a turnover rod capable of being turned over and a bearing plate, when the upper-layer pipe pile is lifted and turned over, the turnover rod and the bearing plate are matched to lift the upper-layer pipe pile; the upper-layer pipe pile and the upper-layer longitudinal baffle have a large contact area, the situation that stress is concentrated due to the fact that the contact area of a traditional fixed longitudinal baffle and the upper-layer pipe pile is small is reduced, and meanwhile sliding friction does not occur between the upper-layer pipe pile and the longitudinal baffle in the overturning process due to the limiting effect of the bearing plate. The contact position of the bottom of the upper-layer pipe pile and the longitudinal baffle is protected, and the sliding scratch condition caused by stress concentration is reduced; in addition, through the first supporting oil cylinder linked with the hinge shaft, in the overturning process, the first supporting oil cylinder always provides lateral support for the overturning rod, the situation that due to the fact that one end of the upper-layer pipe pile is lifted and stressed unevenly, transverse dislocation occurs is reduced, and the overturning stability of the upper-layer pipe pile is improved.

    本发明涉及管桩运输设备领域的一种四桩导管架基础钢管桩翻身用上层钢管桩纵挡,通过可翻转的翻转杆以及承载板,在对上层管桩进行起吊翻转时,翻转杆和承载板配合对上层管桩进行托举,使得上层管桩与上层纵挡具有较大的接触面积,减小传统的固定纵挡与上层管桩接触面小而造成的应力集中的情况,同时由于承载板的限位作用使得翻转过程中上层管桩不与纵挡发生滑动摩擦,实现对上层管桩底部与纵挡接触位置的保护,减少应力集中造成的滑动刮伤情况;另外通过与铰接轴联动的第一支撑油缸,在翻转过程中,第一支撑油缸始终对翻转杆提供侧向支撑,减少上层管桩由于一端吊起受力不均而发生横向错动的情况,提高上层管桩翻转时的稳定性。
