By arranging the special pile turning channel facility, the problem that the hoisting height of a crane ship is not enough is solved, the steel pile with the length exceeding 1/3 of the maximum hoisting height can be hoisted, meanwhile, the requirement for movable pile turning is met, pile lifting and pile turning operation can be conducted smoothly, and the working efficiency is improved. The problems that the available length of a deck is larger than the length of a pipe pile when the steel pipe pile is transported and a pile lifting fulcrum is arranged on a transport ship or two crane ships are needed to be matched to lift and turn the pile on site are solved through pile turning channel construction.

    本发明提供一种海上风电基础桩沉桩用翻桩通道设施及翻桩工艺方法,属于海上翻桩技术领域;包括运输船、锚绞车、锚链、主钢丝绳、溜尾扁嘴钩,所述运输船的尾部安装翻桩器,所述锚绞车安装在运输船上,所述锚链上安装有止链器,所述锚链、主钢丝绳和溜尾扁嘴钩之间通过肯特卸扣连接,右侧所述肯特卸扣通过滑轮与锚绞车连接。本发明通过设置专用翻桩通道设施,解决了起重船吊高不足的问题,使得超过最大吊高1/3长度的钢桩可以被起吊,同时还满足了移动翻桩的需求,使起桩、翻桩作业得以顺利进行,利用翻桩通道施工还解决了运输钢管桩时甲板可用长度大于管桩长度以及在运输船设置起桩支点或现场需要两艘起重船配合起桩、翻桩的难题。
