The invention discloses a cleaning device of an underwater hull cleaning robot and a working method of the cleaning device. The cleaning device comprises a cavitation jet flow cleaning module, a rotary brush cleaning module, a control module and a frame. The cavitation jet flow cleaning module is mounted below a head part. The rotary brush cleaning module comprises two rotary brush cleaning wheels, and the two rotary brush cleaning wheels are transversely arranged below a main body side by side. By adopting a cleaning mode of mixing cavitation jet flow cleaning and rotary brush cleaning, cavitation jet flow cleaning is performed firstly to remove large attachments, then rotary brush cleaning is performed to remove small attachments, mixed cleaning has higher cleaning efficiency, meanwhile,the rotary brush cleaning wheels have a larger cleaning range compared with a rotary brush cylinder, hull attachments can be effectively removed, ship fuel loss can be reduced, and species invasion can be avoided. A high-strength cavitation jet flow nozzle and a cavitation jet flow nozzle connecting pipe are adopted, and the device has the advantages of wide cleaning range, high cleaning efficiency, flexible assembly and the like.

    本发明公开了一种水下船体清洗机器人的清洗装置及其工作方法,所述的清洗装置,包括空化射流清洗模块、转刷清洗模块、控制模块和框架;所述的空化射流清洗模块安装在首部的底下;所述的转刷清洗模块包括两个转刷清洗轮,两个转刷清洗轮横向并排安装在主体的底下。本发明采用采用空化射流清洗与转刷清洗混合使用的清洗方式,先进行空化射流清洗,清除大型附着物,再进行转刷清洗,清除小型附着物,混合式清洗具有更高的清洗效率,同时转刷清洗轮相比转刷筒有更大的清洗范围,有效的清除船体附着物可以降低船舶燃油损耗,避免物种入侵。本发明采用高强度空化射流喷嘴与空化射流喷嘴连接管,具有清洗范围广,清洗效率高,装配灵活等优点。
