The invention relates to an elevator car load real-time detecting system and method. The system comprises an inducted part arranged on a whole shaft way in a penetrating manner, an inducting part anda data processing module, wherein own unique absolute location codes are formed on all level floors, the inducting part is arranged in a car and can induct absolute position information of the inducted part, and the data processing module is connected with the inducting part in a wired or wireless manner. The data processing module receives the absolute position information inducted by the inducting part, and carries out real-time subtraction comparison on an absolute position of each level floor when no load is on the car and an absolute position of the corresponding leveling floor when people is loaded in real time through a comparer, the deviation amount of the current level floor position of the car is obtained, elastic deformation of a steel wire rope is calculated according to the deviation amount, and then the load of the current elevator car is converted and calculated.

    本发明涉及一种电梯轿厢荷载实时检测系统和方法,包括被感应部,贯穿设置于整个井道,在每个平层形成各自特有的绝对位置编码;感应部,设置于轿厢,可感应到被感应部的绝对位置信息;数据处理模块,通过有线或无线方式连接感应部,接受感应部感应的绝对位置信息,将轿厢空载时每个平层的绝对位置与实时有人荷载时相应平层的绝对位置通过比较器实时进行减法对比,得到轿厢当前平层位置的偏移量,根据偏移量推算出钢丝绳弹性变形,转换计算出当前电梯轿厢的荷载。
