The invention relates to the technical field of elevator power supply control, and discloses an elevator real-time monitoring method which comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring operation data of an elevator car, working parameters of elevator components and historical maintenance records at all time points; secondly, the running state of each elevator car is monitored, a monitoring data set is generated, whether the elevator breaks down or not is judged, and a corresponding alarm signal is output; 3, setting a monitoring period with a fixed time length, analyzing the change trend of the working parameters of each elevator assembly, and generating a corresponding fluctuation data set; fourthly, a flow difference threshold value and a pressure difference threshold value in a fixed range are set, the fault risk level of each elevator assembly is judged, a corresponding alarm signal is output, and the accuracy of comprehensively analyzing abnormal faults is high; 5, the quality score of each elevator car is analyzed; and step 6, according to the alarm signal, the fluctuation data group and the quality score, making corresponding emergency power supply measures, so that emergency power supply control is more timely and effective.

    本发明涉及电梯供电控制技术领域,且公开了一种电梯实时监控方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:获取电梯轿厢的运行数据、电梯组件的工作参数和所有时间点的历史维修记录;步骤二:监控每个电梯轿厢的运行状态,生成监控数据组并判断电梯是否出现故障,输出对应的警报信号;步骤三:设置固定时长的监测周期,分析每个电梯组件工作参数的变化趋势,生成对应的波动数据组;步骤四:设置有固定范围的流差阈值和压差阈值,判断每个电梯组件的故障风险等级,输出对应的警报信号,全面分析异常故障精准度高;步骤五:分析每个电梯轿厢的质量评分;步骤六:根据警报信号、波动数据组和质量评分,制定相应的应急供电措施,应急供电控制更及时有效。
