The invention discloses an elevator real-time position monitoring system and method. The elevator real-time position monitoring system comprises an elevator control mainboard, an absolute value position sensor, a magnetic railing ruler and a host rotary encoder, and the magnetic railing ruler is vertically installed in an elevator shaft in a penetrating mode; the absolute position sensor is installed on an elevator car and used for reading position information of the magnetic railing ruler. The control main board is in communication connection with the absolute position sensor to obtain car position information; the host rotary encoder is electrically connected with the control main board and provides speed and car position information for the control main board; the control system obtains the position information of the absolute position sensor in real time, calculates the position information of the host encoder, compares and corrects the position information of the absolute position sensor and the host encoder, and ensures that when the absolute position information sensor breaks down or the position is lost, the position information of the rotary encoder on the host side can be adopted for stable parking. And the relation between the current speed and the remaining stopping distance is monitored in real time, so that the running safety of the elevator is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了涉及一种电梯实时位置监控系统及方法,包括电梯控制主板、绝对值位置传感器、磁栅尺、主机旋转编码器,磁栅尺垂直贯穿安装在电梯井道内;绝对位置传感器安装在电梯轿厢上,用于读取磁栅尺的位置信息;控制主板与绝对位置传感器通信连接获取轿厢位置信息;主机旋转编码器与控制主板电连接,为控制主板提供速度和轿厢位置信息;控制系统实时获取绝对位置传感器的位置信息,同时计算主机编码器位置信息,并对两者位置信息进行比较和修正,确保在绝对位置信息传感器故障或位置丢失时,可采用主机侧旋转编码器的位置信息进行平稳停车,实时监控当前速度与剩余停靠距离的关系,从而有效提高电梯运行的安全性。
