The invention provides a railway vehicle brake fusion control system and method. The railway vehicle brake fusion control system comprise a bullet train control units and trailer control units. Each bullet train control unit comprises a bullet train fusion controller which receives a traction force instruction and carries out traction force calculation according to a preset first condition, or receives a brake instruction and carries out total brake force calculation according to the brake instruction, calculates electric brake force and first friction brake force according to a preset secondcondition, a traction system executing device used for executing traction operation according to traction force or executing brake operation according to the electric brake force, and a first frictionbrake driving control and executing device used for executing friction braking operation according to the first friction brake force. Each trailer control unit comprises a trailer fusion controller for receiving a brake instruction and calculating second friction brake force according to a preset third condition, and a second friction brake driving control and execution device for executing friction brake operation according to the second friction brake force. Therefore, the fusion control over traction and brake is completed.

    本发明提供了一种轨道车辆制动融合控制系统及方法,轨道车辆制动融合控制系统包括:动车控制单元,包括接收牵引指令,根据预设的第一条件进行牵引力计算,或者接收制动指令,根据制动指令进行总制动力计算,根据预设的第二条件计算电制动力和第一摩擦制动力的动车融合控制器、根据牵引力执行牵引操作,或根据电制动力执行制动操作的牵引系统执行装置以及根据第一摩擦制动力执行摩擦制动操作的第一摩擦制动驱动控制及执行装置;拖车控制单元,包括接收制动指令,根据预设的第三条件计算第二摩擦制动力的拖车融合控制器和根据第二摩擦制动力执行摩擦制动操作的第二摩擦制动驱动控制及执行装置。由此,完成了牵引和制动的融合控制。
