The invention relates to a rail vehicle brake control system and a rail vehicle. The system comprises a safety brake switch; the traction controller is connected with the driver controller through a safety brake switch and used for collecting a safety brake hard wire signal sent by the driver controller and controlling a traction system of the railway vehicle to stop traction under the condition that the collected safety brake hard wire signal is effective, and the safety brake hard wire signal is effective under the condition that the safety brake switch is switched off; and the brake controller is connected with the safety brake switch through a hard wire and is used for controlling the safety brake switch to be switched off under the conditions that the brake release instruction is sent to the brake system corresponding to the brake controller and the brake system corresponding to the brake controller does not successfully release the brake. Therefore, when the braking of the railway vehicle is not successfully released, the safety braking hard wire signal can be effective, the traction system of the railway vehicle is controlled to stop traction, and the hard wire signal is effectively utilized to carry out dragging and braking protection on the railway vehicle.

    本公开涉及一种轨道车辆制动控制系统及轨道车辆,系统包括:安全制动开关;牵引控制器,通过安全制动开关与司控器连接,用于采集司控器发送的安全制动硬线信号,并在采集到的安全制动硬线信号有效的情况下,控制轨道车辆的牵引系统停止牵引,其中,在安全制动开关断开的情况下,安全制动硬线信号有效;制动控制器,通过硬线与安全制动开关连接,用于在已向制动控制器对应的制动系统发送制动释放指令,且制动控制器对应的制动系统未成功释放制动的情况下,控制安全制动开关断开。这样,在轨道车辆制动未能成功释放时,能够使安全制动硬线信号有效,控制轨道车辆的牵引系统停止牵引,有效地利用硬线信号对轨道车辆进行拖刹保护。
