The invention discloses an elevator taking method, device and system, a storage medium and an elevator device control method. The elevator taking method comprises the steps of receiving a traveling signal triggered by a user, determining a traveling destination of the traveling signal based on the traveling signal, and broadcasting an elevator searching signal according to the current position andtraveling destination of a robot; receiving a confirmation signal fed back by an elevator device in response to the elevator searching signal, determining the position information in the confirmationsignal, and determining the traveling time to reach the elevator device based on the position information and the current position; determining a target elevator device in the elevator device based on the traveling time, and reserving to occupy the target elevator device within a preset time period according to the current time and the traveling time of the target elevator device; and controllingthe target elevator device to stop at the first floor of the current position within the preset time period, entering the target elevator device at the first floor according to the target elevator device, and leaving the target elevator device at the second floor of the traveling destination, so that the elevator taking efficiency of the robot is improved.

    本发明公开了一种乘梯方法、装置、系统、存储介质及电梯装置控制方法,乘梯方法包括:接收用户触发的行进信号,基于行进信号确定行进信号的行进目的地,根据机器人的当前位置和行进目的地,广播电梯搜寻信号;接收电梯装置响应电梯搜寻信号反馈的确认信号,确定确认信号中的位置信息,基于位置信息和当前位置确定到达电梯装置的行走时长;基于行走时长确定电梯装置中的目标电梯装置,并根据当前时刻和目标电梯装置的行走时长,在预设时间段内预约占用目标电梯装置;控制目标电梯装置在预设时间段内停靠在当前位置的第一楼层,根据目标电梯装置,在第一楼层进入目标电梯装置,并在行进目的地的第二楼层离开目标电梯装置,提高机器人的乘梯效率。
