The invention discloses an anti-locking control method and device for electro-hydraulic composite braking. The anti-locking control method comprises the steps that whether the wheel locking braking force is larger than the maximum feedback braking force of a motor or not and the road surface type are judged, and the road surface type comprises a single road surface, a butt joint road surface and asplit road surface; if the wheel locking braking force is larger than the maximum feedback braking force of the motor, the motor braking force is used for vehicle braking, and an anti-locking systemis adjusted only according to hydraulic pressure; if the wheel locking braking force is smaller than the maximum feedback braking force of the motor and the road surface type is the single road surface or the split road surface, the motor braking force is controlled to be a relatively constant value, and the anti-locking system is adjusted in combination with hydraulic pressure; and if the wheel locking braking force is smaller than the maximum feedback braking force of the motor and the road surface type is the butt joint road surface, the motor braking force is controlled to change along with the change of the adhesion coefficient, and the anti-locking system is adjusted in real time in combination with hydraulic pressure. According to the anti-locking control method, in the anti-lock function triggering process, the motor can conduct energy recovery at the same time, and the scheme of a traditional hydraulic control anti-locking system is not changed.
本申请公开了一种电液复合制动的防抱死控制方法与控制装置。控制方法包括判断车轮抱死制动力是否大于电机最大可回馈制动力和路面类型,路面类型包括单一路面、对接路面和对开路面。若车轮抱死制动力大于电机最大可回馈制动力,将电机制动力用于车辆制动,仅根据液压调节防抱死系统。若车轮抱死制动力小于电机最大可回馈制动力且为单一路面或对开路面时,控制电机制动力为一个相对恒定值,结合液压调节防抱死系统。若车轮抱死制动力小于电机最大可回馈制动力且为对接路面,控制电机制动力随附着系数变化而变化,结合液压实时调节所述防抱死系统。本申请在防抱死功能触发过程中,电机能够同时进行能量回收且不改变传统的液压控制防抱死系统的方案。
