The invention provides an audio marking method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. Through the audio marking method, the electronic equipment analyzes the track data of the servicevehicle to judge whether the service vehicle is abnormal or not; and based on the abnormal moment information, an audio clip in the audio data having a synchronization relationship with the track datais extracted, and is taken as a service abnormal time period audio to be analyzed by an expert group. Due to the fact that the electronic equipment can detect the service vehicle with the abnormal suspicion in time according to the track data of the vehicle and provide the audio for the expert group in the service abnormal period in a targeted mode, the working efficiency of the expert group canbe improved, and then the personal safety of drivers and/or passengers is guaranteed.

    本申请提供一种音频标记方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。通过该音频标记方法,该电子设备该电子设备通过对服务车辆的轨迹数据进行分析,判断服务车辆是否发生异常;并基于发生异常的时刻信息,提取与轨迹数据存在同步关系的音频数据中的音频片段,作为待专家组待分析的服务异常时段音频。由于,该电子设备能够通过车辆的轨迹数据及时检测出存在异常嫌疑的服务车辆,并有针对性的提供服务异常时段音频给专家组,因此,能够提高专家组的工作效率,进而保障司机和/或乘客的人身安全。
