The invention discloses an intelligent mine scheduling system which comprises M forklifts, N trucks, a scheduling device and a stone crushing plant; each forklift is provided with a first GPS positionindicator, N is larger than M, and each truck is provided with a second GPS position indicator; the first GPS position indicator and the second GPS position indicator are in wireless communication connection with the scheduling device; the stone crushing plant is arranged at a designated position, k stone crushing stations are arranged in the stone crushing plant, and each stone crushing stationis provided with a stock bin used for storing ore to be crushed; each forklift performs mining collection operation in a quarry, each truck performs reciprocating motion between the quarry and a target stone crushing station based on the driving route planned by the scheduling device, and the stone crushing stations crush ores conveyed by the load trucks. Intelligent scheduling of GPS trucks is achieved, and the efficiency of the mining production process is optimized.

    本发明公开了一种矿山智能调度系统,所述系统包括:M台铲车,每台铲车上设置有GPS定位仪一,N台卡车,N>M,每台卡车上设有GPS定位仪二;调度装置,GPS定位仪一、GPS定位仪二与调度装置无线通讯连接;设于指定位置的碎石场,碎石场内设有k个碎石站,每个碎石站均配置有一个用于存储待破碎的矿石的料仓;铲车在采石场进行采矿采集作业,卡车基于调度装置规划的行驶路线在采石场与目标碎石站之间做往返运动,碎石站对负载卡车输送的矿石进行破碎。实现的GPS卡车的智能调度,优化采矿生产过程的效率。
