The invention discloses a loader braking system capable of being jointly controlled. An air outlet of an air storage tank is connected with a brake main valve, a two-position three-way electromagneticvalve I and a manual control brake valve; air outlets of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve I and the brake main valve are correspondingly connected to two air inlets of a shuttle valverespectively; an air outlet of the shuttle valve is connected with a booster pump set which is in control connection with a brake caliper; and a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve II is arranged in a pipeline from a manual control brake valve to a manual brake cylinder. By arranging the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve I and the shuttle valve, the combined control braking system is completed, so that a loader can achieve foot braking and can also achieve remote control braking through the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve I; Therefore, the loader has externalcontrollability; the loader braking system is simple and reliable in structure and easy to realize, and can be matched with other systems to produce a remote control loader to reduce the labor intensity of drivers. And meanwhile, the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve II is arranged to realize remote control emergency braking, so that the safety of the whole machine is ensured.

    本发明公布一种可联合控制的装载机制动系统。储气罐出气口连接有制动总阀、二位三通电磁阀Ⅰ和手控制动阀;二位三通电磁阀Ⅰ、制动总阀的出气口分别对应连接至梭阀的两个进气口;梭阀的出气口连接有加力泵组,加力泵组控制连接制动钳;在手控制动阀至手制动气缸的管路中安装有二位三通电磁阀Ⅱ。本发明通过设置二位三通电磁阀Ⅰ和梭阀,完成联合控制的制动系统,使装载机既可以实现脚制动,又可以通过二位三通电磁阀Ⅰ实现遥控制动;使装载机具备了外部操控性,该结构简单可靠,易于实现,搭配其他系统可打造遥控装载机,降低驾驶员的劳动强度。同时通过设置二位三通电磁阀Ⅱ实现遥控紧急制动,保证了整机的安全性。
