The embodiment of the invention provides a folding wing ornithopter. The folding wing ornithopter comprises an ornithopter body, wings, and an elastic piece, wherein the wings are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the ornithopter body, each wing includes a driving arm, an outer-section wing and an inner-section wing, the inner-section wing and the outer-section wing are arranged to be a sheet structure, and the inner-section wing and the outer-section wing are connected in a hinged mode; and the elastic piece is arranged below the outer-section wing and the inner-section wing and located at a hinged position of the inner-section wing and the outer-section wing, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the inner-section wing, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the outer-section wing, and the maximum elastic restoring force of the elastic piece is equal to the gravity of the outer-section wing. In a flying process of the folding wing ornithopter, deformation of the wings, namely unfolding and folding of the wings, is achieved through an elastic force of the elastic pieces and an air resistance; and compared with the prior art, the wing structure of the folding-wing ornithopter is simpler, a parallel connecting rod is omitted for the inner-section wing, and the weight of the wings is also reduced to some extent.

    本发明实施例提供一种折叠翼扑翼机,包括机身;对称设置在机身两侧的机翼,机翼包括驱动臂、外段翼与内段翼,内段翼与外段翼被设置成片状结构,内段翼与外段翼铰接连接;弹性件,设于外段翼和内段翼的下方并位于内段翼与外段翼的铰接处,弹性件一端与内段翼连接、另一端与外段翼连接,弹性件的最大弹性回复力等于外段翼的重力。在折叠翼扑翼机飞行的过程中依靠弹性件的弹力以及空气阻力实现机翼的变形,即机翼的展开与折叠,相较于现有技术,扑翼机的机翼结构更加简单,内段翼减少了一根平行的连杆,机翼的重量也有所减轻。
