In order to overcome the defect that garbage pool management of an existing garbage incineration power plant mainly depends on black and white board records and personal experience, the garbage stacked in the garbage pool is difficult to accurately estimate, the management of the garbage pool is not visual, and the garbage pool is difficult to continuously and effectively manage due to insufficient experience of shift changing personnel, the invention provides an intelligent control method for a garbage pool of a garbage incineration power plant, which mainly comprises the following steps of:1, garbage pool gridding space positioning, 2, data acquisition, 3, data system analysis, and 4, three-dimensional model display. Gridding positioning is carried out on a garbage pool, a three-dimensional scanning system is used for carrying out timed scanning, system analysis is carried out by utilizing the obtained data so as to construct a real-time three-dimensional digital model for garbage stacking in the garbage pool, calculation results are output to a garbage crane automatic control system through a data output system to achieve full-automatic operation of a garbage crane, system datacan be output to a remote management system to achieve far-end situation monitoring, and the existing technical problems can be effectively solved.

    为了克服现有垃圾焚烧发电厂的垃圾池管理主要是借助黑白板记录及个人经验,对于垃圾池内堆放的垃圾很难有一个比较准确的估计,垃圾池管理不具有可视化,交接班人员经验不足将难以对垃圾池进行连续的有效管理,本发明提出一种垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾池的智能控制方法,主要包括以下步骤:第一、垃圾池网格化空间定位步骤,第二、数据采集步骤,第三、数据系统分析步骤,第四、三维模型显示步骤。通过对垃圾池进行网格化定位并通过三维扫描系统定时扫描,利用获得的数据进行系统分析从而构建实时的垃圾池垃圾堆放的三维数字模型,通过数据输出系统将计算结果输出至垃圾吊自动控制系统实现垃圾吊的全自动操作,并可以将系统数据输出至远程管理系统实现远端情况监视,可以有效地解决现有技术问题。
