The invention relates to a wireless intelligent control system for a travelling crane. The wireless intelligent control system comprises a server terminal, an online weighing unit, a wireless receiverunit and a wireless remote control handle unit, wherein the online weighing unit is used for weighing weight data of a lifted object of the travelling crane and transmitting the weight data to the wireless remote control handle unit through the wireless receiver unit; the wireless receiver unit is also used for receiving a travelling crane control instruction sent by the wireless remote control handle unit; the wireless receiver unit is in communication connection with the server terminal and is used for uploading operation data of the travelling crane to the server terminal; the wireless remote control handle unit comprises a power supply module, a first processor module, a first wireless radio frequency receiving and transmitting module, a display screen module and a key module; the display screen module of the wireless remote control handle unit is used for displaying the weight of the lifted object of the travelling crane; and the travelling crane control instruction is sent to the wireless receiver unit by operating the control key module. The wireless intelligent control system for the travelling crane can be used for intelligently detecting the weight of the lifted object of the travelling crane and transmitting the weight to a wireless industrial remote controller of the travelling crane through a wireless network.

    本发明涉及一种行车无线智能控制系统,包括服务器终端、在线称重单元、无线接收器单元和无线遥控手柄单元;在线称重单元称取行车起吊物体重量数据经无线接收器单元传输给无线遥控手柄单元,无线接收器单元还用于接收无线遥控手柄单元发出的行车控制指令;无线接收器单元与服务器终端通信连接,将行车的运行数据上传于服务器终端;无线遥控手柄单元包括电源模块、第一处理器模块、第一无线射频收发模块和显示屏模块和按键模块,无线遥控手柄单元的显示屏模块显示行车起吊物体重量;通过操作所述控制按键模块发出行车控制指令给无线接收器单元。本行车无线智能控制系统能够智能检测行车所吊起物体重量,并通过无线网络传输到行车无线工业遥控器。
