The invention discloses an aircraft fixture clamping plate based on a variable-proportion shear fork mechanism. The aircraft fixture clamping plate comprises a plurality of stages of shear fork unitshinged in sequence, each shear fork unit comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod hinged to the first connecting rod, and the hinge point of the first connecting rod in each stageof shear fork unit is arranged in variable proportions according to the contact point of the first connecting rod and a supporting curved surface, and the hinge point of the second connecting rod in each stage of shear fork unit is arranged in variable proportions according to the contact point of the second connecting rod and the supporting curved surface; and positioning and compressing assemblies or appearance positioning assemblies for positioning and fixing the supporting curved surface are arranged on the sides, close to the supporting curved surface, of the first connecting rods or thesecond connecting rods. The aircraft fixture clamping plate has the advantages of being effectively attached to the supporting curved surface for positioning and supporting, and being simple in structure, practical, convenient and good in opening and closing performance.

    本发明公开了一种基于变比例剪叉机构的飞机型架卡板,包括若干级依次铰接的剪叉单元,所述剪叉单元包括相互铰接的第一连杆和第二连杆,且每一级剪叉单元中的第一连杆的铰接点根据第一连杆与支撑曲面的接触点进行变比例设置,每一级剪叉单元中的第二连杆的铰接点根据第二连杆与支撑曲面的接触点进行变比例设置;所述第一连杆或第二连杆靠近支撑曲面的一侧上设置有用于对支撑曲面进行定位固定的定位压紧组件或外形定位组件;本发明具有有效贴合曲面进行定位支撑、结构简单、实用便捷、开闭性良好的有益效果。
