The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly and connection, and relates to an aircraft panel fixture clamping plate assembly method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, in CATIA software, determining two process OTP points according to two positioning holes in an angle seat, and converting an angle seat mounting surface into OTS data; 2, importing the coordinate values of the two process OTP points and OTS data into SA software of a laser tracker operating system; step 3, establishing a coordinate system based on a tool reference on the fixture, and roughly adjusting the angle seat in place by using two process OTP points; step 4, accurately adjusting the angle seat in place by using the OTS data of the angle seat, and installing a bolt for pre-positioning; and fifthly, the clamping plates are installed on the angle seats and firmly fixed through refined bolts. Sixthly, the OTP holes in the cardboard are measured again through the laser tracker, so that it is determined that the mounting position of the cardboard meets the standard requirement; and step 7, in CATIA software, extracting one plane of the card board as OTS data which can be identified by the laser tracker, and rechecking and extracting the flatness of the plane by using the laser tracker.
