The invention discloses a folding structure of a rotor wing chute of an aircraft. The folding structure is characterized by comprising a paddle assembly, wherein the paddle assembly is in fixed screwjoint to a folding joint, the folding joint is hinged to a hub plate, the hub plate is connected to a rotor wing shaft through a spline and a self-locking nut, the same side of the folding joint is fixed screw joint to folding rocker arms separately, a small rotating shaft penetrates a hollow part in the rotor wing shaft and is coaxial with the rotor wing shaft, a star-type chute part is fixedly connected to the small rotating shaft through the spline and the self-locking nut, and the paddle assembly is connected to the star-type chute part through the folding rocker arms, a folding pull rod an d a bolt assembly successively. The folding structure overcomes the problems that the rotor wing of a rotor wing type aircraft cannot be folded, the folded structure changes in center of gravity ora folding mechanism is complex and heavy to generate relatively large resistance, and the folding structure is hardly maintained and the like, and is reasonable in structure. The invention provides the chute folding mechanism which is simple in design and manufacturing and relatively small in volume mass.
本发明公开了一种飞行器旋翼滑槽折叠结构,其特征在于:包括桨叶组件,所述桨叶组件和折叠接头螺接固定,所述折叠接头与桨毂板铰接,所述桨毂板通过花键、自锁螺母与旋翼轴相连接,所述折叠接头同一侧分别螺接固定折叠摇臂,小转轴穿过所述旋翼轴内的空心部分,且与旋翼轴同轴,星型滑槽件通过花键、自锁螺母与所述小转轴固定连接,所述桨叶组件依次通过折叠摇臂、折叠拉杆、螺栓组件与星型滑槽件相连接。本发明克服旋翼类飞行器其旋翼不能折叠,以及折叠后重心发生改变或者折叠机构复杂、笨重产生较大阻力且不易维修等问题,结构合理,提供一种设计与制造简单,体积质量较小的滑槽折叠机构。
