The invention discloses a rotor wing folding and unfolding mechanism for a composite aircraft and belongs to the field of the overall design of aircrafts and the design of rotor wing folding and unfolding mechanisms. The rotor wing folding and unfolding mechanism comprises a rotor wing propeller, a flexible star-shaped propeller hub, a main shaft and a high-speed disc, wherein the rotor wing propeller can be folded and unfolded. The rotor wing folding and unfolding rate is relatively high and can reach 40%, so that the windward area of a rotor wing system can be effectively reduced; the resistance can be reduced. The high-speed disc in the folding and unfolding mechanism does not generate lifting force; 20% of the length of the rotor wing propeller in the rotor wing system propeller does not generate lifting force, so that the high-speed disc is low in influence on the aerodynamic performance of the overall rotor wing.
