The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism comprises a fixed frame, wherein a movable frame is slidably arranged in the fixed frame in a support manner; a double-axis forward-backward-rotation servo motor is arranged on the movable frame, a drive gear is installed on two output shafts of the double-axis forward-backward-rotation servo motor separately, and a driven toothplate engaged with each drive gear is installed on the inner walls of the two sides of an inner top plate of the fixed frame separately; and a hoisting assembly is further arranged on the movable frame, the hoisting assembly comprises a rigid rope, and a winding-unwinding assembly used for carrying out rope winding-unwinding operation on the rigid rope is arranged on the movable frame. According to the embodiment of the invention, the relative position of the movable frame in the fixed frame is adjusted by virtue of the rotation of the output shafts of the double-axis forward-backward-rotationservo motor and according to the rotation directions of the output shafts of the double-axis forward-backward-rotation servo motor; a winding barrel is driven to rotate by virtue of a forward-backward-rotation hoisting motor, and then a winding-unwinding effect on the rigid rope can be realized according to the rotation direction of the winding barrel, so that an object hoisted onto a hoisting hoop is hoisted.

    本发明公开了一种起重机构,包括固定框;所述固定框内支撑滑动设有移动框,所述移动框上设置有双轴正反转伺服电机,所述双轴正反转伺服电机的两个输出轴上均安装有主动齿轮,所述固定框内顶板两侧内壁上均安装有与主动齿轮相啮合的从动齿板;所述移动框上还设置有吊装组件,所述吊装组件包括刚性绳索,移动框上设置有用于对刚性绳索进行收放绳操作的收放组件。本发明实施例利用双轴正反转伺服电机的输出轴旋转,并根据双轴正反转伺服电机的输出轴旋转方向,调整移动框在固定框内所处的相对位置,利用正反转吊装电机驱动收卷筒旋转,进而根据收卷筒的旋转方向,能够实现对刚性绳索的收放效果,从而对吊装在吊钩上的物品进行起吊。
