The invention discloses a driving wheel of an AGV full-automatic doffing trolley and an application method thereof. The driving wheel comprises a power unit, a power transmission unit, and a brake. The power unit comprises a motor and a gearbox, and the transmission end of the motor is provided with transmission teeth; an encoder is arranged on a motor end cover; the gearbox comprises a box body and a change gear assembly. The power transmission unit comprises a driving ring and a transmission ring, the driving ring is fixedly arranged on a base of the gearbox body, inner teeth are arranged onthe inner ring of the driving ring in the circumferential direction, and convex teeth are arranged on the outer ring of the driving ring in the circumferential direction; the driving ring is sleevedwith the transmission ring, the outer surface of the transmission ring is coated with rubber, and concave teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the transmission ring in the circumferential direction. The brake is arranged at the transmission end of the motor. The application method comprises the following steps that the size of a transmission ring and the rubber coating thickness of a driving wheel are determined according to the ground clearance of the AGV; the drive ring and the transmission ring are subjected to heat treatment and linear cutting through pig iron; and the gearbox is connected with the motor and the driving ring. The driving wheel has the beneficial effects that the problem of screw breakage is solved, and the operation efficiency and stability are improved.

    一种AGV全自动落筒小车的驱动轮及其应用方法,所述驱动轮包括:动力单元,包括电机和变速箱,电机的传动端设置传动齿;电机端盖上设置编码器;变速箱包括箱体和变速齿轮组件;动力传递单元,包括驱动圈和传动圈,驱动圈固设于变速箱箱体的底座上,其中驱动圈的内圈沿周向设有内齿,外圈沿周向设置凸齿;所述传动圈套设于驱动圈外部,传动圈的外表面包胶,内壁沿周向设有凹齿;以及刹车,设置于电机的传动端;所述应用方法包括以下步骤:根据AGV离地高度确定驱动轮的传动圈尺寸和包胶厚度;对驱动圈和传动圈采用生铁经热处理加工处理和线切割;将变速箱与电机、驱动圈相连。本发明的有益效果是:解决螺丝断裂问题,提高运行效率和稳定性。
