The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant yellowing-resistant colored tire tread rubber. The rubber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 17-24% of natural rubber, 16-26% of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 12-20% of butadiene rubber, 18-26% of high-dispersion white carbon black, 2.3-3.2% of tackifying resin 1102, 0.8-1.5% of a silane coupling agent JHS-69, 1.8-2.5% of pigment, 4-5.5% of processing oil P-150, 1.8-2.5% of a vulcanizing agent LUREROX F40, 0.3-1.2% of an accelerator TAIC-70, 0.2-0.5% of a peptizer, 1.1-2.5% of an anti-aging agent, 2.3-3% of an active agent ZnO, 0.8-1.5% of an active agent SA, and 0.5-1.2% of an active agent PEG-4000. The invention further provides a synthesis method of the high-temperature-resistant yellowing-resistant colored tire tread rubber. In virtue of the synthesis method, the prepared rubber has excellent performance, guaranteedthe color stability and no performance attenuation phenomenon, it can still be guaranteed that the product is manufactured and used stably at a high temperature in summer, and a high practical value is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种耐高温耐黄变彩色轮胎胎面胶,以重量百分比计,所述耐高温耐黄变彩色轮胎胎面胶包括,天然胶17~24%、三元乙丙橡胶16~26%、顺丁橡胶12~20%、高分散白炭黑18~26%、增粘树脂1102 2.3~3.2%、硅烷偶联剂JH‑S69 0.8~1.5%、颜料1.8~2.5%、加工油P‑150 4~5.5%、硫化剂LUREROX F40 1.8~2.5%、促进剂TAIC‑70 0.3~1.2%、塑解剂0.2~0.5%、防老剂1.1~2.5%、活性剂ZnO 2.3~3%、活性剂SA 0.8~1.5%、活性剂PEG‑4000 0.5~1.2%,本发明还提供了一种耐高温耐黄变彩色轮胎胎面胶的合成方法,通过上述方式,本发明制备出的产品以其优异的性能,保证颜色稳定的同时,不会出现性能衰减的现象,在夏季高温时仍能够保障制成和使用稳定,具有较大的实用价值。
