The invention belongs to equipment for automobiles in the transportation industry, and especially relates to a hydraulic retarder with controllable pressure inside a fuel tank. The fuel tank is connected with a pressure sensor; a water temperature sensor is connected to a cooling water outlet pipeline of a heat exchanger; the upper portion of an oil layer in the heat exchanger communicates with the fuel tank through an oil inlet pipeline, and the lower portion of the oil layer is connected with a rotor through a bypass oil return pipeline; an oil inlet of a stator is connected to the fuel tankthrough an oil inlet pipeline I; an oil outlet of the stator is connected with a throttling valve and a one-way valve through an oil inlet pipeline II in series, and finally connected with the bypassoil return pipeline to the oil layer of the heat exchanger; and a lubricating oil pump is connected to the bottom of the fuel tank through a lubricating oil pump oil absorption pipeline. According tothe hydraulic retarder with the controllable pressure inside the fuel tank provided by the invention, the structure of a stepping motor and a proportional valve is used to replace an electromagneticair proportional valve; and the proportional valve is driven by the stepping motor to provide the required compressed air for the hydraulic retarder, and then the pressure sensor feeds signals back toan ECU controller, so that the braking torque generated by the hydraulic retarder is more stable, the failures are fewer, and the control is simpler and more accurate.

    本发明属于交通运输行业的汽车用设备,特别涉及一种油箱内部压力可控式液力缓速器。在油箱上连接压力传感器,热交换器的冷却水出水管路上连接的水温传感器,热交换器内的油层上方通过进油管路连通油箱,油层下方通过旁通回油管路连接转子,定子的进油口通过进油管路一连接油箱,定子的出油口通过进油管路二串联连接节流阀、单向阀最终连接旁通回油管路至热交换器的油层,润滑油泵通过润滑油泵吸油管路连接油箱的底部。利用步进电机和比例阀的结构形式来替代电磁空气比例阀,通过步进电机驱动比例阀为液力缓速器提供所需的压缩空气,再由压力传感器反馈信号给ECU控制器,使液力缓速器产生的制动力矩更加稳定,故障少,控制更加简易准确。
