The invention belongs to automobile equipment in the transportation industry, and particularly relates to a constant speed reduction controllable hydraulic retarder. A servo motor, a water temperaturesensor, an oil temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and an electromagnetic reversing valve are connected with an ECU (electronic control unit) by a wire harness to transmit signals, and a control unit of the hydraulic retarder is formed. The water temperature sensor is installed on a water outlet pipe of a heat exchanger, the electromagnetic reversing valve is installed on an oil inlet pipe, anda stator oil inlet is connected with the electromagnetic reversing valve through the oil inlet pipe; a rotor and a lubricating oil pump are coaxially connected through a transmission shaft; the stator is connected to one end of a throttle valve through an oil outlet pipe; a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water outlet pipe are arranged on one side surface of the heat exchanger, and the cooling water inlet pipe is connected to one end of the water temperature sensor. According to the driving state of a vehicle, the ECU can accurately monitor the signals fed back by the pressure sensor,the water temperature sensor and the oil temperature sensor, so that control of the hydraulic retarder is intelligent and accurate, and is more accurate.

    本发明属于交通运输行业的汽车用设备,特别涉及一种恒速减速可控式液力缓速器。由伺服电机、水温传感器、油温传感器、压力传感器、电磁换向阀通过线束连接ECU控制器传递信号组成液力缓速器的控制单元,水温传感器安装在热交换器的出水管路上,电磁换向阀安装在进油管路上,定子进油口通过进油管路连接电磁换向阀,转子和润滑油泵通过传动轴同轴连接,定子通过出油管路连接节流阀的一端,在热交换器的一侧面上设有冷却水进水管路和冷却水出水管路,冷却水出水管路上连接水温传感器的一端。可根据车辆的行驶状态,ECU控制器可以精准的监测压力传感器、水温传感器和油温传感器反馈的信号,使液力缓速器控制实现智能化和准确性,控制更加准确。
