The invention provides an unattended robot charging station. The unattended robot charging station comprises a charging pile, an online monitoring unit, an automatic charging robot, a control cabinetand a remote operation control terminal, the charging pile is provided with a plurality of groups of charging guns, and each group of charging guns corresponds to charging holes of different electricvehicles; the online monitoring unit is wirelessly connected with the charging pile and is used for monitoring the state conditions of the charging pile and the side surface; the control cabinet is wirelessly connected with the charging pile and sends out a signal to charge and power off a vehicle through an RS485 line or the wirelessly connected automatic charging robot; and the remote operationcontrol terminal is wirelessly connected with the charging pile, the online monitoring unit, the automatic charging robot and the control cabinet, and is used for remotely sending a working signal. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a charging method of the charging station, through two modes of local automatic or remote operation, automatic charging and remote emergency power-off of the vehicle are completed without a man arriving at the site, accidents are avoided, and effective overall arrangement of vehicle charging is achieved.
本发明提供了一种无人值守机器人充电站,包括充电桩、在线监查单元、自动充电机器人、控制柜、远程操作控制终端;充电桩配置有多组充电枪,每组充电枪对应不同电动汽车的充电孔;在线监查单元无线连接充电桩,用于监查充电桩及侧面的状态情况;控制柜无线连接充电桩,发出信号通过RS485线路或无线连接自动充电机器人进行车辆的充电、断电工作;远程操作控制终端,无线连接充电桩、在线监查单元、自动充电机器人、控制柜,用于远程发出工作信号。同时,还提供了上述充电站的充电方法,通过本地自动或远程操作两种形式,不需人工到达现场,完成车辆自动充电,远程紧急断电,避免意外发生,实现车辆充电工作的有效统筹安排。
