The invention is applicable to the technical field of obstacle avoidance trolleys. The invention provides an obstacle avoidance trolley system capable of automatically searching light and charging. The system comprises a mounting module, a control module, an obstacle avoidance module and a light source tracking module, wherein the mounting module comprises a shell; a wheel belt is rotationally mounted at one end of the shell; the control module comprises a control host; the obstacle avoidance module comprises an ultrasonic range finder; the ultrasonic range finder is electrically connected with the control host; the control host is electrically connected with the driving device; the light source tracking module comprises a photosensitive induction device; the control host is electrically connected with the steering engine driving group; the steering engine driving group is electrically connected with the steering engine group; and one end of the steering engine group is fixedly provided with a solar cell. The problems that solar energy conversion conditions are harsh, if a solar panel of an existing obstacle avoidance trolley cannot directly face a light source, the power generation efficiency can be greatly reduced, and when the light source changes, the posture of the solar panel cannot be adjusted in time.
