本发明涉及机车车体技术领域,提出一种底架侧墙结构和机车车体。该底架侧墙结构包括底架、侧墙和多个延伸件。底架包括边梁和承载面,边梁在垂直于所述承载面的方向存在上挠度;侧墙包括蒙皮与多个立柱,蒙皮将多个立柱平行连接,侧墙固定于边梁,且侧墙与底架垂直设置;多个延伸件一一对应的固定于多个立柱靠近底架的一侧,且多个延伸件靠近底架的一端均固定于边梁。相较于现有技术,在制作时,只需要调整每个立柱上的延伸件,延伸出立柱的距离,并将延伸件和立柱固定,保证所述延伸件均能够与底架边梁固定,不需要在立柱上预留研配量,组对简单,尺寸精度容易控制,同时,减少了研配工作,减少了加工成本。
