The invention discloses a vehicle state detection system based on an intelligent tire technology. The vehicle state detection system based on the intelligent tire technology is mainly composed of a tire pressure detection module, a temperature detection module, a distance measurement module, a transmitting module, a receiving module, a data processing module, a display module, a sound-light alarmmodule, a positioning module and a power supply module. The tire pressure detection module, the temperature detection module and the distance measurement module can detect the tire pressure, the in-tire temperature and the tire sinking amount in the vehicle running process in real time, the data processing module conducts comprehensive processing calculation on the detected tire pressure, temperature and sinking amount in combination with tire specification parameters, and the load and rotating speed borne by the corresponding tire are obtained. Therefore, the method has huge potential and application prospect in the fields of vehicle control and intelligent transportation.

    本发明公开了一种基于智能轮胎技术的车辆状态检测系统,所述基于智能轮胎技术的车辆状态检测系统主要由胎压检测模块、温度检测模块、测距模块、发射模块、接收模块、数据处理模块、显示模块、声光报警模块、定位模块以及供电模块组成;所述胎压检测模块、温度检测模块、测距模块可实时检测车辆行驶过程中的胎压、胎内温度及轮胎下沉量,所述数据处理模块将所检测到的胎压、温度以及下沉量结合轮胎规格参数进行综合处理计算,得到对应轮胎所承受的载荷及转速,进而推算出车辆前后轴荷、整车重量以及车速等车辆状态信息,在整车控制及智能交通领域具有巨大的潜力和应用前景。
