The invention discloses a vehicle state monitoring system based on an intelligent tire technology. The vehicle state monitoring system comprises an internal information acquisition system, a vehicle-mounted terminal information collection system and a handheld terminal display system, the internal information acquisition system consists of a temperature and pressure monitoring module, an acceleration monitoring module, a data processing module and a power supply module, and can acquire state information such as tire pressure, tire interior temperature, tire sinkage and tire radial acceleration; the data processing module analyzes and calculates state information such as vertical force borne by the tire, grounding time and vehicle speed according to the established mathematical model; the vehicle-mounted terminal information collection system and the handheld terminal display system are mainly responsible for display of state information of each tire and out-of-limit early warning. The method has the beneficial effects that the vertical force borne by the tire, the grounding mark length, the vehicle speed and the like are monitored in real time by utilizing the state information such as the tire pressure, the tire sinkage and the grounding time, and the method has huge potential and application prospects in the fields of vehicle control and intelligent traffic.

    本发明公开了一种基于智能轮胎技术的车辆状态监测系统,包括内部信息采集系统、车载终端信息收集系统和手持终端显示系统三个部分;所述内部信息采集系统由温压监测模块、加速度监测模块、数据处理模块和供电模块组成,可采集胎压、胎内温度、轮胎下沉量和轮胎径向加速度等状态信息;所述数据处理模块根据建立的数学模型分析计算轮胎所承受的垂向力、接地时间和车速等状态信息;车载终端信息收集系统和手持终端显示系统主要负责对各轮胎状态信息的显示及越限预警。本发明的有益之处在于,利用胎压、轮胎下沉量和接地时间等状态信息实现对轮胎所承受垂向力、接地印痕长度和车速等的实时监测,在整车控制及智能交通领域具有巨大的潜力和应用前景。
