The invention discloses a noise reduction structure for a main groove in a low-noise tire, and the structure is characterized in that the bottom surface of a main groove is provided with regularly arranged conical bulges, and the conical bulges form convex teeth on the section, vertical to a groove runner, in the main groove; the regular arrangement means that the conical bulges are arranged on the bottom face of the main groove in a single row in the circumferential direction of the tire or arranged in multiple rows in parallel at intervals. The conical bulges arranged on the bottom faces ofthe main groove can effectively improve turbulence structures close to the wall faces in the main groove, the breakage caused by mutual collision and abnormal separation of vortexes is reduced, turbulence intensity and pulsating pressure are reduced, and therefore aerodynamic noise of the tire is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种低噪声轮胎中主沟槽降噪结构,其特征是在主沟槽的底面具有规则排列的锥状凸起,以锥状凸起在主沟槽中垂直于沟槽流道的断面上形成各凸齿;其规则排列是指:锥状凸起在主沟槽的底面沿轮胎周向成单列设置,或为平行且间隔设置的多列。本发明中设置于主沟槽底面的锥状凸起能有效改善主沟槽内近壁面的湍流结构,减少涡流之间相互碰撞和异常分离导致的破裂,降低湍流的强度和脉动压力,从而有效降低轮胎的气动噪声。
