The invention discloses a heavy tower crane adopting a load-sensitive energy-saving hydraulic system. The heavy tower crane comprises a main arm, a weight arm support, a balancing weight, a tower armsupport, a variable-amplitude trolley, a tower crane swing mechanism, a variable-amplitude trolley swing mechanism and a lifting winch. The tower crane swing mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor II, the variable-amplitude trolley swing mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor III, the lifting winch is driven by a hydraulic motor I, and full-hydraulic driving is achieved; all the hydraulic motors are connected in a hydraulic system, a hydraulic power pack of the hydraulic system is adopted as the balance weight, the hydraulic power pack and the balancing weight are mounted at the tail end of the weight arm support, the hydraulic power pack achieves the function of the balance weight, and the use number of the balancing weight can be reduced. According to the scheme, a full-hydraulic transmission and control manner is adopted, the driving performance of the tower crane is improved, and the heavy tower crane can be suitable for large tower cranes.

    本发明公开了一种采用负载敏感节能型液压系统的重型塔机,包括主臂、配重臂架、配重块、塔臂架、变幅小车、塔机回转机构、变幅小车变幅机构和提升卷扬机;所述塔机回转机构使用液压马达II驱动,变幅小车变幅机构使用液压马达III驱动,提升卷扬机使用液压马达I驱动,实现全液压驱动,所有液压马达均连接在液压系统中,液压系统的液压泵站作为配重与配重块共同安装在配重臂架的末端,液压泵站同时起到配重的作用,可以减少配重块的使用数量。本案采用全液压传动和操控方式,提高了塔机的驱动性能,可适用于大型塔机。
