The invention discloses a prefabricated part hoisting posture control method based on the LoRa technology and relates to the field of assembly type buildings. The feasible hoisting posture control method aims at solving problems existing in prefabricated part hoisting. By means of the prefabricated part hoisting posture control method, the hoisting safety risk problems that in the existing prefabricated part hoisting construction process, hoisting is conducted roughly, posture control cannot be achieved, and hoisting site treatment methods are outdated can be solved to a certain extent. The method mainly comprises the steps that firstly, real-time transmission is conducted on information in the hoisting process based on an information transmission unit of the LoRa technology; and secondly,real-time monitoring and feedback are conducted on swing and deflection, occurring in the hoisting process, of a prefabricated part based on a posture monitoring control method of an inertial measurement unit.

    本方法公开了基于LoRa技术的预制构件吊装姿态控制方法,涉及装配式建筑领域,针对预制构件吊装存在的问题,提出了一种可行的吊装姿态控制方法。本方法可在一定程度上解决了现有的预制构件施工吊装存在吊装粗糙,不能姿态控制,吊装现场处理方法落后等吊装安全风险问题。该方法主要包括:一是基于LoRa技术的信息传输单元,对吊装过程中的信息进行实时传输;二是基于惯性测量单元的姿态监测控制方法,对吊装过程中预制构件的摆动、偏转进行实时监控反馈。
