According to the invention, through the mutual matching arrangement of a plurality of components, the hoisting spacing can be freely adjusted, meanwhile, redundant wires can be wound, the situation that the wires are mutually wound together during use and influence the use is avoided, and through dual-limiting hoisting, the stability during hoisting can be improved, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the situation that workers repeatedly climb to the prefabricated part to repeatedly confirm locking can be reduced, and the safety of the workers can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于bim技术的预制构件吊装装置,涉及吊装装置技术领域,包括吊装机主体和限位组件,所述吊装机主体底部连接有滑轮组,且所述滑轮组底部连接有连接件,所述连接件内部连接有挂绳,且所述挂绳底部连接有所述辅助组件,所述辅助组件顶部连接有收卷组件,且所述收卷组件底部连接有吊装组件,所述限位组件安装于所述辅助组件底部靠近竖直中心线一侧。本发明通过采用多个组件之间的相互配合设置,不仅能够自由调节吊装间距,同时还能够将多余的线材收卷,避免使用时相互缠绕在一起,影响使用,并通过双重限位吊装,不仅能够提升吊装时的稳定性,同时还能够减小工人重复爬至预制构件反复确认锁紧,可有效提升工人的安全性。
