The invention relates to a wall-climbing robot supporting arm assembly which structurally comprises a supporting arm body and a connecting flange, and the supporting arm body comprises a groove-shapedsupporting arm beam and a sealing plate welded to a groove opening of the groove-shaped supporting arm beam; the connecting flange is a square-frame-shaped protruding edge used for being connected with the end of the supporting arm body in a matched mode and is arranged on one end face of the flange body. The square-frame-shaped protruding edge surrounds the periphery of a shaft hole, used for being connected with a driving shaft in a penetrating mode, of the flange body, and a set of adjacent corners of the square-frame-shaped protruding edge are opening angles so that the ends forming the groove-shaped supporting arm beam can enter the square-frame-shaped protruding edge through the opening angles. The end opening of the groove-shaped supporting arm beam can be nailed into the square-frame-shaped protruding edge through the opening angle so that the end opening of the groove-shaped supporting arm beam is in close fit with an inner opening of the square-frame-shaped protruding edge,and the connecting strength of the groove-shaped supporting arm beam and the square-frame-shaped protruding edge after welding and the overall firmness degree of the supporting arm assembly are improved.
