The invention discloses an automatic emergency braking method for an electric vehicle. A vehicle control unit judges whether braking torque T is smaller than or equal to a motor braking torque value calibrated when a vehicle is initialized or not; if so, when the residual electric quantity of the power battery is detected to be smaller than 80% of the calibrated electric quantity, no charging forbidding fault exists, and the opening degree of a brake pedal is detected to be zero, the vehicle control unit sends a braking torque request value T to a motor to implement motor braking; and if not,the vehicle control unit sends a torque request signal to an electronic stabilization module, and hydraulic braking is directly implemented. By adopting the technical scheme, the method is simple, practical, safe, reliable and low in cost; during automatic emergency braking of a vehicle, a motor braking mode is adopted for energy recovery and charging of a power battery, the endurance mileage of the battery is increased to a certain extent, abrasion of the ESC reversing valve is reduced, and the service life of the ESC reversing valve is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车自动紧急制动方法,整车控制器判断制动扭矩T是否小于等于车辆初始化时标定的电机制动扭矩值;如果是,检测动力电池剩余电量小于标定电量的80%,且无禁止充电故障、检测制动踏板开度为零时,整车控制器向电机发送制动力矩请求值T,实施电机制动;如果否,整车控制器向电子稳定模块发送扭矩请求信号,直接实施液压制动。采用上述技术方案,方法简便实用,安全可靠,成本低;在车辆自动紧急制动时,采用电机制动的方式进行能量回收,给动力电池充电,一定程度上增加了电池续航里程,减轻了ESC换向阀的磨损,延长其使用寿命。
