The invention discloses an electric vehicle automatic emergency braking method and system. The method comprises steps that a radar sensor and a camera sensor send emergency braking response signals toa vehicle control unit when the radar sensor and the camera sensor detect that an obstacle in front of a vehicle reaches an early warning range, after receiving the emergency braking response signal,the whole vehicle controller distributes torque to a vehicle MCU, the output torque of a main motor and the auxiliary motor is controlled to be reduced to 0 through the vehicle MCU, and the main motor and the auxiliary motor are connected through a speed reducer/differential mechanism, the whole vehicle controller controls an electronic hydraulic brake to output braking torque, and the vehicle generates braking deceleration through the electronic hydraulic brake so as to complete automatic emergency braking. The method is advantaged in that problems that in the prior art, precision is poor, and sudden shaking is likely to happen can be solved.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车自动紧急制动方法及系统,所述电动汽车自动紧急制动方法包括:当雷达传感器和摄像头传感器探测到车辆前方障碍物到达预警范围时,雷达传感器和摄像头传感器向整车控制器发送紧急制动响应信号;整车控制器在接收到紧急制动响应信号后,向车辆MCU分配扭矩,通过车辆MCU控制主电机和辅助电机的输出扭矩降为0,主电机和辅助电机通过减/差速器连接;整车控制器控制电子液压制动器输出制动扭矩,通过电子液压制动器使车辆产生制动减速度,以完成自动紧急制动。本发明能够解决现有技术精准性较差、容易出现突然抖动的问题。
