The step of detecting whether the vehicle meets the locking condition or not comprises the sub-steps that whether the vehicle is located in a designated parking area or not is detected according to the latest position information of the vehicle; and if not, it is determined that the vehicle does not meet the locking condition, or if so, whether the parking direction of the vehicle is consistent with a set standard parking direction or not is detected according to the latest parking direction information of the vehicle, and if not, it is determined that the vehicle does not meet the locking condition.
