The invention relates to the technical field of wheel hub motors, in particular to a CRH (China Railway High-speed) train wheel hub motor and an assembly method thereof which are used for solving theproblem in the prior art that when a train vibrates, the thickness of an axial air gap between a stator and a rotor of a motor is changed, so that the motor cannot work normally. The motor comprises amotor supporting shaft and a magnetic suspension bearing mechanism, the motor supporting shaft is further provided with a gap adjusting and controlling assembly and a stator disc. A rotor disc is installed on the outer circumferential face of the magnetic suspension bearing mechanism, an air gap adjusting assembly making contact with the stator disc is installed on the rotor disc, the rotor discis connected with a CRH train wheel core through a rotor shell, and the CRH train wheel core is connected with a wheel hub. The air gap adjusting assembly and the gap adjusting and controlling assembly can adjust and supplement the displacement between the rotor disc and the stator disc, so that the axial air gap thickness of the rotor disc and the stator disc is not changed, and the motor can still work normally.

    本发明涉及车轮轮毂电机技术领域,具体是一种动车车轮轮毂电机及其装配方法,用于解决现有技术中当列车产生振动时,电动机的定子与转子的轴向气隙厚度发生变动,从而使电动机不能正常工作的问题。本发明包括电机支撑轴、磁悬浮轴承机构,所述电机支撑轴上还安装有间隙调控组件和定子圆盘,所述磁悬浮轴承机构的外周面上安装有转子圆盘,所述转子圆盘上安装有与定子圆盘接触的气隙调节组件,所述转子圆盘通过转子外壳连接有动车轮芯,所述动车轮芯与车轮轮毂连接。本发明中气隙调节组件和间隙调控组件可以调节补充转子圆盘和定子圆盘间的位移,从而转子圆盘和定子圆盘的轴向气隙厚度不发生变动,进而使电动机任然可以正常工作。
