The invention discloses a lifting device for a reducer part provided with a wind driven generator. The lifting device is provided with a stand column. A lifting ring is arranged on the top of the stand column. A sliding sleeve which can move vertically is arranged on the stand column. Multiple side pulling rods are hinged to the surface of the sliding sleeve, and the other ends of the side pull rods are hinged to the upper end portions of vertical lifting rods. Lifting hooks folded towards the outer side are arranged at the lower end portions of the lifting rods, and a positioning sleeve and two connecting rings which are fixed in a spaced manner are arranged at the position, below the sliding sleeve, of the stand column. Two sets of side supporting rods are hinged to the two connecting rods correspondingly, and the other ends of the two sets of side supporting rings are hinged to the lifting rods. In addition, when the reducer part is lifted, the lifting ring is hung on a lifting machine hook, the sliding sleeve is upwards lifted, the multiple lifting hooks are hung in the reducer part, and the lifting hooks hook the bottom of the reducer part. After a lifting machine is started,the included angle between the side pulling rods and the side supporting rods is reduced, the lifting rod is stretched outwards, and the reducer part is clamped. The lifting device has the beneficialeffects of being high in machine mounting efficiency, low in cost, reliable in performance, simple in structure, convenient to operate and the like.
一种装设风力发电机减速器部件的吊装装置,其设有立柱,立柱顶部设有吊环,在立柱上设有可上下移动的滑套,该滑套外表面铰接有多个侧拉杆,各侧拉杆的另一端分别铰接于竖向的吊杆上端部,吊杆下端部设有折向外侧的吊钩,在滑套下方的立柱上分别设有定位套及两个间隔固定的连接环,两个连接环上各铰接有一组侧支撑杆,两组侧支撑杆的另一端分别与吊杆相铰接,且吊装减速器部件时,将吊环挂于起吊机挂钩上,向上提拉滑套,将多个吊钩挂于减速器部件内部,并使吊钩钩住减速器部件底部,吊机启动后,侧拉杆与侧支撑杆间的夹角减小,致使吊杆向外张开而将减速器部件夹紧。本发明具有装机效率高,成本低,性能可靠,结构简单,操作方便等特点。
