The fixed base is movably sleeved with a rotating disc, the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the movable cross beam, and the cross beam driving mechanism drives the movable frame to move in the length direction of the movable cross beam; the lifting and hoisting mechanism is connected to the movable frame and used for hoisting the blade. A fixing rod of the blade protection structure and the lifting hoisting mechanism synchronously ascend and descend; the spring clamping mechanism provides clamping force for the two baffle connecting rods. At the beginning, the spring clamping mechanism drives the two protection baffles to be clamped and make contact to define a U shape. When the blade is lifted, the baffle connecting rod rotates to open the two protective baffles, and the spring clamping mechanism acts to enable the two protective baffles to clamp the blade. The hoisting device is prevented from shielding the blades of the generator, and hoisting, mounting and use of the multiple blades and adjustment of hoisting and mounting positions are facilitated.
