The balance beam is positioned below the main beam and above the blades; the balance beam is hinged with the lower end opening of the vertical hanging beam through a transverse pin shaft; the left and right ends of the balance beam are respectively hinged with the main beams through longitudinal pin shafts; the transverse adjusting mechanism is connected between the balance beam and the main beam, and the vertical hanging beam and the balance beam rotate around the longitudinal pin shaft relative to the main beam through the transverse adjusting mechanism.
