The invention relates to an emergency braking system for an elevator car. The system comprises the following parts of a car, wherein the side walls and bottom of the outer surface of the car are provided with copper brake plates, and both ends of the wall brake plates at the side walls are provided with copper deceleration fins; an elevator shaft, wherein multiple magnetic splint layers are provided in the elevator shaft, an air pit is also provided at the bottom of the elevator shaft, and the air pit is internally equipped with magnetic splints; a drive unit; and a central control machine, which is set outside the elevator shaft and is respectively connected to the magnetic splints in each magnetic splint layer to adjust the intensity of current passing through the magnetic splints. The system provided by the invention sets up multiple layers of magnetic splints with electromagnetic splints and permanent magnetic splints in the elevator shaft, and gradually reduces the falling speed of the car through Lenz's law, thereby ensuring the safety of people and objects in the car, and improving the safety of the system. At the same time, the central control machine can adjust the currentinput of the electromagnetic splints in real time according to the height of the car when it falls and the speed when passing through the magnetic splints of each layer, and flexibly adjust the magnetic field strength, so that the system can face more diversity situations.

    本发明涉及一种电梯轿厢紧急制动系统,包括:轿厢,轿厢外表面侧壁和底面设有铜制的制动板,在侧壁制动板两端设有铜制减速翅;电梯井,在电梯井中设有多个磁夹板层,在电梯井底部还设有空气底坑,空气底坑内设有磁石板条;驱动单元;中控机,其设置在电梯井外并分别与各磁夹板层内的磁夹板相连,用以调节通过磁夹板的电流强度。本发明所述系统在电梯井中设置多层带有电磁夹板和永磁夹板的磁夹板层,通过楞次定律逐步削减轿厢的坠落速度,保证了轿厢内人员和物品的安全,提高了所述系统的安全性,同时,中控机能够根据轿厢坠落时的高度以及在经过各层磁夹板时的速度实时调节电磁夹板的电流通入量,灵活调节磁场强度,使系统能够面对更加多样性的情况。
