An information processing device according to one embodiment comprises an acquisition unit and a calculation unit. The acquisition unit acquires teaching data which includes track data related to thetrack along which a mobile body has moved. On the basis of the acquired teaching data, the calculation unit calculates a cost function related to the movement of the mobile body, such calculation being carried out using reverse reinforcement learning.
