The invention discloses a span-adjustable turnover hoisting beam. The span-adjustable turnover hoisting beam comprises a turnover faucet, a main hook cross beam, girders, an auxiliary hook cross beam,turnbuckles and a locking rod device, wherein the two ends of the main hook cross beam penetrate into main hook cross beam penetrating square holes correspondingly, the two ends of the auxiliary hookcross beam penetrate into auxiliary hook cross beam penetrating square holes correspondingly, and the girders on the two sides are firmly connected with the main hook cross beam and the auxiliary hook cross beam correspondingly in a locked manner by connecting the locking rod device with a lock rod hole. According to the span-adjustable turnover hoisting beam, the problem of turning over or hoisting of sections with different rib pitches of different ship projects is solved, the span between the two girders on the two sides is adjustable so that the sections with the different rib pitches canbe adapted, and lifting lugs are fastened to the turnbuckles in the girders, so that the lifting lugs are uniformly stressed and are firmly bundled, the girders are larger in length and can be suitable for thin plate sections with different widths, in a segmented reverse state, the thin plate segmented surfaces are fixedly connected with segmented lifting lug insertion openings through the lifting lugs to realize surface contact with the surface of a beam body of a hoisting beam, and the beam surface shape-preserving capability is good.

    跨距可调式翻身吊装梁,包括翻转龙头、主钩横梁、大梁、副钩横梁、花篮螺丝和锁杆装置;主钩横梁两端分别穿入主钩横梁穿入方孔中,副钩横梁两端分别穿入副钩横梁穿入方孔;用锁杆装置与锁杆孔连接分别将两侧的大梁与主钩横梁和副钩横梁锁牢。本发明解决了不同船舶项目的不同肋距的分段的翻身或吊装问题。两侧两个大梁之间跨距可调,可以适应不同肋距的分段。吊耳与梁内花篮螺丝紧固,各吊耳受力均匀,捆扎牢固。大梁长度较大,可以适用于不同宽度的薄板分段。分段反态时薄板分段面通过吊耳与分段吊耳插入口固定连接实现与吊装梁梁体表面的面接触,梁面保型能力好。
