The invention relates to an adjustable hoisting balance beam and a hoisting method thereof. The balance beam comprises a frame-shaped beam body and 2n adjusting lifting points, a plurality of upper hanging rings are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the frame-shaped beam body; the adjusting lifting points are uniformly arranged on the opposite side beams of the frame-shaped beam body; each adjusting lifting point comprises a sliding sleeve, a dynamometer and a lifting hook; the sliding sleeve is sleeved on an edge beam of the frame-shaped beam body and is in sliding fit with the edge beam; the side surface of the sliding sleeve is in threaded fit with a locking screw; a locking screw penetrates through the sliding sleeve and abuts against the edge beam; the dynamometer is suspended below the sliding sleeve; a lifting hook is hung at the force measuring end of the dynamometer. The gravity center of a lifted object can be estimated by adjusting the sliding sleeve of the lifting point and the dynamometer, and therefore it is guaranteed that the lifting balance beam and the lifted object below the lifting balance beam can be stably lifted. According to the hoisting method, a new hoisting method is provided, and a worker can be helped to estimate the gravity center of the hoisted object, so that the technical problem that the hoisted object which is large in size and uneven in weight distribution is difficult to hoist is solved.

    本发明涉及一种可调节式吊装平衡梁及其吊装方法;该平衡梁包括框形梁体、2n个调节吊点;框形梁体顶面设有若干均布的上吊环;调节吊点平均设置在框形梁体相对的边梁上;每个调节吊点包括滑动套、测力计、吊钩;滑动套套装在框形梁体的边梁上,与边梁滑动配合;滑动套侧面螺纹配合有锁定螺钉;锁定螺钉贯穿滑动套抵在边梁上;测力计悬吊在滑动套下方;测力计的测力端悬挂吊钩。本发明能够通过调节吊点的滑动套、测力计来对起吊物的重心进行估测,从而保证吊装平衡梁以及平衡梁下方的起吊物能够平稳起吊。该吊装方法提供了一种新的吊装方法,可以帮助工人对起吊物的重心进行估测,从而解决尺寸大、重量分配不均的起吊物难以起吊的技术问题。
