The invention discloses a self-adjusting wheel-holding clamping device of a rodless aircraft tractor, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts, aviation and universe navigation. The clamping device comprises a bearing bottom plate and a locking cylinder; the bearing bottom plate is provided with a guide rail structure; the clamping device can slide on the bearing bottom plate along the guide rail; the locking cylinder is a double-outlet-rod type hydraulic cylinder; control over the movement of the clamping device is achieved on the basis of a control valve. In a front wheel clamping process, the position of the clamping device is automatically adjusted according to the requirement of the clamping device till a front wheel is completely clamped, additional loads are prevented from being generated, the problems of structural defects of an existing tractor and potential safety hazards in an operation process are solved, and the safety of rodless traction operation is improved.
