In addition, at the deep sea wave-free and flow-free position, along with movementof the underwater glider or the underwater robot, the piezoelectric material pieces can also swing up and down along with the deep sea wave-free and flow-free position, the electric energy can be stored in an electric energy storage device in the underwater glider or the underwater robot for short-distance power supply, and the defect that a storage battery is frequently replaced is overcome.
